O Bó do Santiso is a contemporary Galician tavern with the unique character and spirit of Fogar do Santiso, blending past and present with honesty, quality ingredients, and culture. Located near Plaza de Vigo, the space features decor that honors local history, including the original counter from the former Aniceto grocery store and vintage vinyl records from the legendary C’assely nightclub.
Our menu celebrates the authentic flavors of Galicia, with traditional dishes that honor the finest seasonal and local products. Among them, the legendary Betanzos-style tortilla, a must-try classic.
