Our restaurant menu is crafted with organic vegetables that arrive daily from our own garden… with octopus freshly caught by local fishermen from the Ría de Aldán… and above all, with our native Galician breed calves, raised happily, freely, and organically in the best mountain pastures of Allariz, A Limia, and O Xurés — all for Fogar. These elements make Fogar do Santiso Allariz a true temple of meat. Each cut is carefully selected and dry-aged in our own maturation chambers before being brought to the Allariz grill.
Enjoy our homemade artisanal ice creams and desserts… and to accompany them, the authentic organic brews crafted by our very own Druids: wines, vermouth, sangría, Peregrina beer, and the signature Fogar liqueurs.
