Experience the primitive flavors of our “Cociña da Terra” concept — local, organic produce grilled to perfection over the best embers.
Our restaurant menu is crafted with organic vegetables that arrive daily from our own garden… with octopus freshly caught by local fishermen from the Ría de Aldán… and above all, with our native Galician breed calves, raised happily, freely, and organically in the best mountain pastures of Allariz, A Limia, and O Xurés — all for Fogar. These elements make Fogar do Santiso Allariz a true temple of meat. Each cut is carefully selected and dry-aged in our own maturation chambers before being brought to the Allariz grill.
