Fogar do Santiso is not a conventional restaurant! We are a restaurant set in the heart of nature, with large outdoor terraces shaded by oak trees. A unique place to visit in Galicia, located in Teo, near Santiago de Compostela.
Every summer night, Druids and peasants appear to perform the Queimada ritual, accompanied by live traditional Galician music.

Fogar do Santiso Teo was founded thirty years ago by the Santiso family, built using bioarchitecture techniques. The restaurant blends seamlessly with Nature, employing local and recycled materials to create an environment that creatively honors sustainability.
Sit without pretense on a twisted bench beneath the “Viña” or the old “Alpendres,” enjoy the simple pleasure of eating with your hands, draw inspiration from the wind, the oaks, or the Druid’s potions… Celebrate an event in the “Druid’s Cave” or the “Magic Forest”…

Starting July 15, every night we perform the Queimada ritual. Every summer night in Teo is a ‘Noite Meiga’ (Witch Night). Shake off the spell from your body and discover a universe of Druids and peasants!

Today, we are a leading name in organic gastronomy and food, based on a 360º sustainability model that highlights the products of our LAND, and promotes food sovereignty, self-sufficiency, and biodiversity.
