Fogar do Santiso is a leading gastronomic group renowned for its ecological and sustainable restaurants and for championing Galicia’s rich popular culture since 1996.
From our organic farm straight to your table, our eco-friendly and pet-friendly restaurants are pioneers of the “Farm to Table” movement in Spain. For over 20 years, we have proudly cultivated our own raw ingredients at our organic farm in Teo.
Our circular model supports not only health and well-being but also the preservation of Galician traditions, alongside economic, social, and environmental sustainability. We take pride in our farming heritage and zero-kilometer products, sourced from our organic gardens, free-range livestock, and our strong partnerships with local fishermen’s guilds.

We’ve brought back a beloved gastronomic meeting point in A Coruña. O Bó do Santiso takes up the legacy of the traditional galician gastronomy in a new contemporary restaurant.

An organic restaurant and ethnographic museum in Allariz, a charming heritage town that once sheltered medieval royalty. Our restaurant is located in a historic 17th-century tannery, a unique building set along the banks of the River Arnoia.
