From Our Organic Farm to Your Table, We’ve been growing our own ingredients for more than 20 years at our certified organic farm in Teo, just a 300 meters from our kitchens.
Our restaurants were among the first in Spain to embrace the "Farm to Table" concept, offering honest food straight from the land, made with passion and respect for nature.

Experience Fogar’s unique gastronomy at our organic farm-to-table restaurant in the heart of Santiago de Compostela, on Rúa do Franco. The only farm-to-table restaurant in the capital of Galicia.

An organic restaurant and ethnographic museum in Allariz, located in the historic 17th-century Vilanova factory, right on the banks of the River Arnoia.
