Fogar do Santiso is not a conventional restaurant! It is an authentic and unique place to enjoy an ancestral and magical experience in Galicia. Located in Teo, in the surroundings of Santiago de Compostela, it blends with nature through its large outdoor terraces under the shade of oak trees. Thirty years ago, the Santiso family founded the Original Fogar, a restaurant that was a pioneer in the farm-to-table concept and built using bioarchitecture techniques, with local and recycled materials to create an environment that celebrates sustainability in a creative way.
Sit back without pretension on a twisted bench under the “Vine,” enjoy the pleasure of eating with your hands... draw inspiration from the wind, the oaks, or the Druids’ brews in the old “Barns”... Celebrate an event or relive a wedding in the “Druid’s Cave” or the “Magic Forest”…

Every summer night, Druids and peasants appear to perform the Queimada ritual, accompanied by live traditional Galician music.
